Acertto Talent Linkers, we are looking for a Sales Consultant with solid experience in phone‐based sales, proactive, results‑driven, and strongly oriented toward closing deals, who wants to be part of an expanding team.
Main Responsibilities

Make a minimum of 10 new outbound calls per day to potential clients
Manage the entire sales cycle and close telephone sales in line with targets
Collaborate in the development and growth of the telesales team
Support and mentor new team members during their onboarding phase
Plan and organize sales opportunities with a focus on monthly objectives

Requirements

Dutch and English – advanced level (mandatory)
2 years of experience in telesales
Strong commercial skills, empathy, and persuasion ability
Dynamic, proactive profile, clearly goal‑oriented
