Role Purpose We are looking for a high-energy, Sales Executive to support new logo acquisition across European telecom markets. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS selling , outbound prospecting, and enterprise deal cycles in the telecom and digital transformation space. You will focus on lead generation, pipeline development, and early-stage sales conversations , working closely with senior sales leaders to help convert opportunities into customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and research prospective telecom operators and service providers across Europe Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner referrals Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (business need, timeline, fit) Support the creation and maintenance of a healthy sales pipeline for new logo opportunities Schedule discovery calls and product discussions for senior sales managers Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM Learn and follow a structured sales process and methodology (training provided) Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to support campaigns and proposals Meet defined monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field with 3.5+ GPA 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and learning ability are welcome to apply Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with outbound outreach and customer conversations Experience in technology sales, telecom sales , SaaS sales, and AI-driven solutions sales Basic understanding (or strong interest) in B2B sales and consultative selling Ability to learn CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus, not mandatory) Organized, persistent, and results-oriented mindset Willingness to learn structured sales frameworks and best practices What You’ll Learn & Gain Hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS and telecom solution selling Training on BSS, network applications, and GenAI-powered platforms Experience working with European telecom operators and partners Clear growth path into Account Executive / Senior Sales roles Mentorship from experienced sales leaders in a global environment
