Sales Development Representatives are crucial to Flexera’s success as they own the top of the sales funnel and are chartered with developing new business opportunities by establishing contact with key IT decision makers and pitching Flexera’s value proposition. They accomplish this via research and proactive outreach using a variety of mediums, including phone, video, email, social media, and creative outlets that catch positive attention. Flexera provides comprehensive training across our entire product portfolio of highly complex software solutions and equips each SDR with a top‑notch technology stack, including Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator, that enables success. This team aligns closely with Field Sales, Operations, and Marketing to develop plans, measure results, and adapt to dynamic business and customer needs. These partnerships also provide SDRs with an upward career path into these functions. Specific Responsibilities Research, prospect, and develop new leads within target accounts. Partner with Account Executives and Field Marketing to develop creative programs and events to drive pipeline‑building efforts within target accounts. Leverage technology like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Alyce to enable active engagement with new and existing contacts through creative initial approaches and follow‑up communications designed to increase customer interest. Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives in target accounts. Secure meaningful interactions for Account Executives. Actively participate in and contribute to team learning opportunities and personal development. Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline progression. Our product helps clinics improve operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and increase recurring revenue through better workflow management and digital communication tools. The platform is currently being piloted with veterinary clinics in Barcelona and Madrid as part of our market validation phase prior to national expansion. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead early commercial development in the Spanish market. This is a full‑time role focused on building relationships with veterinary clinics, launching pilot programs, and supporting the transition from early adoption to recurring revenue. You will work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping our initial go‑to‑market approach. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and engage independent veterinary clinics that match our target customer profile. Build and manage a structured sales pipeline. Run discovery meetings to understand clinic operations and business needs. Present the CRM solution and demonstrate its practical value. Manage pilot program agreements and onboarding processes. Support conversion from pilot usage to paid subscriptions. Collect structured feedback from clinics. Provide insights to product and leadership teams. Contribute to pricing validation and positioning. First 3–6 Months Objectives Secure early adopter clinics. Launch and manage multiple pilot programs. Support predictable conversion from pilot to paid usage. Contribute to validation of the commercial model. Success Metrics Number of clinics onboarded into pilot programs. Candidate Profile Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably SaaS or SMB solutions). Experience working in the Spanish market. Professional English. Comfortable working in an early‑stage, fast‑moving environment. Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
