In this context, we are looking to appoint a Sales Director for Spain, with direct responsibility for defining and executing the national commercial strategyDefine and execute the commercial strategy for Spain - Lead and develop the national sales organization - Drive complex B2B sales cycles (SaaS & BPO solutions) - 12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales - Background in Payroll, HR outsourcing (BPO), HCM SaaS or HR tech - Proven experience leading commercial teams - Experience managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes - Fluent English (C1)Hybrid working model
