Proactivity and reliability, kind collaboration, and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and want to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, BizAway could be the company you have been looking for.We are looking for We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Swedish-speakingSales Executive( m/w/d ), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.Your role in BizAwayFULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signatureResearch and prospect for new clients in Sweden.Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospectsLead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to ContractForecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipelineBe an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public eventsWork with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.Your basic qualificationsYou have an excellent level of English and you are native in SwedishYou have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role“No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every dayProactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakesFlexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certaintiesWe are also interested inPrevious experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-upsPrevious experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsOur offer ️ A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthUncapped variable compensation and equity in the company.
