The Center of Excellence for Olive Oil in Ubeda, Andalusia, is a leader in innovation and expertise. Focused on olive oil applications, the center uses advanced mechanical separation technology to support producers.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand market reach in line with the Iberia Sales Strategy.
Offer Management: Oversee the entire offer process, from scope definition to technical detailing and solution pricing.
Sales Coordination: Lead and coordinate sales activities with end customers and partners.
Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Sales in defining effective sales strategies for Spain’s New & Used Machine markets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Order Negotiation: Ensure all sales orders meet defined gross margin targets.
Qualifications
University Degree in Engineering (preferably Agricultural Engineering)
Proven experience in the olive oil sector
Knowledge of modern sales processes, organization methods, and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM)
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contracting with customers
Understanding of corporate finance
Deep understanding of business with a strong focus on customer needs and expectations
Residence in Ubeda or nearby areas is essential
