Responsibilities: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business) Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce) Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals Additional information: Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office) Training: Salary Bulgaria: Euro gross a month + performance bonus euro gross (quaterly) Salary Greece: 1150 Euro gross a month + project bonus 150 Euro a month + performance bonus 1000 Euro gross (quaterly) Relocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria.
