Our vision is to build a multi-business platform combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier events in Europe and South America, management & representation of top professional players & young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders.We are looking for a driven, results-oriented, and experiencedSales positionwho is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will work with theSales Directorto secure sponsorships. Playing a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and attendance. Your main objective will be identifying new business opportunities and sponsorship clients, managing key accounts, with strong coordination with marketing, ticketing and hospitality teams. You will analyse market trends, build relationships with corporate partners and agencies, and implement actions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.ABOUT THE ROLE Ability to perform client prospecting, identify and generate new business opportunities from business leads. Benchmarking potential clients for our industry and proactive market and industry observation (sponsoring). Strong selling and interpersonal skills for sales work. Participation in networking events, sporting events, and internal events. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Slide writing and presentation skills and creation and development of sales documents. Experience in discussing contracts and commercial clauses with legal support. Preparation of individual offers and partners contracts. Strong relationship management for existing and potential clients. Sales planning and administration skills for commercial planning prior to sales execution. Organizational skills to keep track of sales leads and actionable follow-ups. Deliver management and sales reports in a timely manner.✅WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of sales experience, mainly sponsorships, hospitality and corporate sales, is a plus. Client Acquisition as know how to express, eager to learn, engage clients and not afraid to connect on the phone. Excellent communications skills. Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English. Sports enthusiast, tennis especially.
