KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth globally for SaaS‑based Payments Hub (A2A payments orchestration, and card issuance processing platform), while defining and executing the Go‑To‑Market strategy across different Markets
Working within a team environment to act as the interface between front and middle office (working in collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Professional Services, Finance teams) to define and support execution of the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy for the Open Market Payments Hub Platform and Plard Card issuance processing platform globally, Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the payments landscape to inform sales and GTM decisions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across countries.
Support the commercial team' sales activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client engagement, provide content to marketing to drive early‑stage pipeline, engage with bid support and proposal production.
Design and execute a Sales Plan for Payments Hub (A2A platform) and Card issuance processing platform.
Define target market and ideal customer profiles across geographies, identify and support acquisition of new enterprise and mid‑market clients across different geographies targeting financial institutions, challenger banks, building societies and neobanks.
Support sales of complex SaaS payment solutions including payments hub, payment orchestration, and card issuance processing platforms to regulated and non‑regulated clients.
Manage, track and report on a multi‑geographical sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
Develop strong relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders (CEO, CRO, CFO, CTO, Head of Payments, Product leaders).
KEY REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or commercial excellence roles.Proven background in payments technology, fintech, or B2B SaaS environments.Demonstrated experience operating at enterprise or scale‑up level, supporting senior leadership and growth initiatives.
Bachelor´s degree in Bus Admin, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate education is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, issuing, card schemes, gateways, orchestration layers, and processing platforms. Experience selling SaaS platforms and API‑based solutions. Ability to manage complex RFPs, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations. CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
