This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations while contributing to development standards and best practices within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Deliver integrations with internal and external systems (with and without middleware) Contribute actively to the customer’s Salesforce development community and best practices Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce development standards Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC), and Flows Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Experience working with CloudSense Hands-on integration experience with a strong understanding of Force.Com APIs Practical experience using AI within Salesforce (e.G., Vibes) Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Fluent in English Nice to Have Experience working in Telco environments Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) Experience designing and developing Open APIs Exposure to Salesforce AI / Machine Learning capabilities Experience with Data360 Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (Scrum Master exposure is a plus) Apply Now!
