Job Description: At SQLI Group, we support international customers with long-term digital and CX programs. We are looking for a Senior SAP CX (C4C) Consultant to strengthen our existing SAP Customer Experience support team. You will work as a consultant across multiple customers, supporting and evolving SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions, with exposure to almost the full SAP CX portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and long-term customer relationships. As a Senior SAP CX Consultant, you will be responsible for the functional and solution ownership of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud in support and evolution contexts. Responsibilities End-to-end SAP CX delivery: business analysis, solution recommendation, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and hyper-care. Support and evolution of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, maintain and improve existing solutions for multiple customers in parallel. Sales Service process design: lead, opportunity, and account management; activity and pipeline management; case/ticket management and service workflows; SLA, categorization, escalation rules, and service KPIs. Reporting analytics in C4C: create and maintain reports, data sources, KPIs, and dashboards. Integration and data collaboration: work closely with integration and backend teams on SAP S/4HANA/ECC integrations via CPI APIs, event-based integrations, and middleware concepts. V2 expertise and migrations: contribute to SAP C4C V2 projects and ideally the V1 to V2 migration initiative. Technical extensions (when required): participate in or coordinate developments via SAP Cloud Application Studio (SDK) and SAP BTP extensions for C4C V2 (nice to have). Qualifications Solid (+6 years) SAP CX consulting background, CRM / CX implementations, with several years on SAP C4C. Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, with knowledge of standard capabilities, best practices, and limitations. End-to-end project experience, from business analysis to go-live and hyper-care, not only configuration. Sales Service process expertise and comfortable discussing business topics with sales and service stakeholders. Integration data understanding. Good knowledge of SAP backend integrations (S/4, ECC), data models and master data concepts, APIs and middleware principles. Nice to have: SAP certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP CX); experience with SAP C4C V2 migrations; hands‑on experience with SAP CPI; experience with SAP BTP / CAP developments; exposure to other SAP CX components (SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), SAP Emarsys, SAP CPQ). Skills & Behaviours Fluent in English, both writing and speaking; French highly valued. Autonomous, structured, customer‑oriented, and comfortable working across multiple clients. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; clear communication with business and technical stakeholders. Ownership and accountability; ability to prioritise in a multi‑customer support environment.
