Senior SAP CX Consultant at SQLI supports international clients across SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, owning end-to-end delivery and ongoing evolution. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and go-live, while shaping CX processes and analytics. The role offers long-term client relationships, exposure to the SAP CX portfolio, and opportunities to drive V2 migrations and technical extensions in a dynamic, multi-client environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios• End-to-end SAP CX delivery: analysis, design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and hypercare• Support and evolve SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud for multiple customers in parallel• Design and implement Sales & Service processes (lead, account, opportunity, case workflows; SLAs; KPIs)• Reporting and analytics in C4C: dashboards, data sources, KPIs• Integration and data collaboration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC via CPI, APIs, middleware• Contribute to SAP C4C V2 projects and migrations (V1/V2)• Technical extensions via SAP Cloud Application Studio and SAP BTP CAP for C4C V2Responsabilidades• +6 years SAP CX consulting background with CRM/CX implementations and substantial SAP C4C experience• Hands-on expertise with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud; full delivery lifecycle experience from business analysis to go-live and hypercare• Strong Sales & Service process expertise and ability to discuss business topics with stakeholders• Solid integration and data understanding; knowledge of SAP backend integrations (S/4, ECC); data models and APIs/middleware principles• Nice-to-have: xcskxlj SAP certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SAP CX) and experience with SAP C4C V2 migrations; CPI experience; SAP BTP / CAP developments• Exposure to other SAP CX components (Marketing Cloud, CDP, Emarsys, CPQ)• Fluent in English; French highly valued• Autonomous, structured, client-oriented, strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skillsRequisitos principales• Permanent contract• Hybrid policy• Competitive salary• Flexible remuneration• Private health insurance• UDEMY Business platform
