Location: Gavà, Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office).We’re hiring a DT & IT SAP Development Specialist to help shape the future of digital transformation.What You'll DoLead and contribute to mid/long-term SAP development projects.Collaborate closely with SAP Development colleagues and cross‑functional teams (Finance, Infrastructure, Communications).Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of service requests, change requests, and projects.Review, prioritize, and resolve SAP development tasks and incidents.Work with internal teams and external providers to deliver effective solutions.Follow internal protocols and keep certifications up to date.Success Looks LikePositive feedback from peers and stakeholders.Delivery of solutions aligned with company standards, policies, and guidelines.Projects completed on time, within scope and budget.What You BringMinimum Requirements3+ years of experience with SAP S/4 extensibility model.Strong skills in ABAP, Fiori, UI5, JavaScript.Experience with the latest SAP Build version.Bachelor's degree in IT.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Proactive, resilient, and solution‑oriented mindset.PreferredExperience in WorkZone development.Familiarity with "Core Clean" best practices.SAP certifications in development areas.What Sets You ApartYou're a role model who lives the Roca Group values.
