Rol: The integration with SAP is crucial for operational efficiency and process standardization and for this reason we need someone that will help with the tests and the procedures that have to be written and will serve for the training and consultation of the teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SAP test plans. Create standard procedures. Follow up open points and issues founded during the tests. Coordinate with the plant leads of each factory and the integrators team. Apply a methodology of work and meet deadlines Required Knowledge & Skills: University degree in IT or any Engineering Branch. Previous experience in SAP training and technical Support. Good knowledge of SAP. Experience in developing test plans and procedures. High level of English and Spanish, one of the contacts must be fluent too in portuguesez, and other European language is valuable. Coordination and analytical skills. Experience in developing test plans and procedures writing. Training and technical support skills. Ability to solve problems efficiently. Good communication and presentation to collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders effectively. Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
