Gain visibility: with SAP Internship Experience Program in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips.**About the team**Located within the People and Operations board area, the SAP Transformation Office drives execution and transformation of the company’s strategy to build tomorrow’s SAP.**What are we doing**:- Organize transformational exchanges to share SAP’s transformation best practices and E2E know how (Approach, Techniques, Learnings, Decision Criteria) with customers and internally- Advise neutrally in transformational topics by acting as a strategic reference to customers and supporting them before, during and after the sales process- Identify transformation stories, generate the content and create presentation materials like storyboards, speaker notes and videos- Generate various other communication material and creative design assets to support internal marketing and other areas within SAP- Organize transformation events and engage with other SAP areas to train other SAP employees to become CTO speakers**Why are we doing it**:- Help SAP’s customer to succeed on their E2E transformation journey- Intensify relationships by building strategic partnerships and customer loyalty for life- Learn from customers and leverage the feedback in our projects and business models- Predict customer needs, build up pipeline of demand and create options to buy more from SAP- Simplify processes, ensure quality standards and reduce touchpoints**What you’ll do**:- **- ** Location**: Barcelona, Spain- ** Expected start date**:As soon as possible**In this role, you’ll**:In this role, you’ll get the chance to learn and showcase your expertise in creating digital content across different formats which includes:- Create multimedia assets (videos, motion graphics, visual effects) to visualize SAPs transformation high level ideas.- Support the Marketing team by designing assets for internal and external use with a strong focus on innovation, creativity and high-quality animations to create a better experience for the audiences- Bring ideas to life and create best-in-class experiences across a wide range of digital media by using your different creative skills.- Actively participate in creating, testing, and sharing new and better tools, methods and best practices.- Manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring quality needs and deadlines are met.- Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches his or her vision*****Who you are**:We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.You are a student at a university of Fine Arts in communications, media, visual art, film, television or multimedia, or a similar program- Digital enthusiast - You have good knowledge of visual and graphic design but also eager to create characters, environments and various digital assets- Language skills: Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish is a plus- Problem-Solver - Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals- Creative-Thinker - Ability to approach challenges, reframe them into possibilities and come up with new, fresh and sometimes unexpected ideas- Software skills:- Extended Knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects Premiere, etc)- 3D Software is a plus (Blender or others)- Soft Skills:- A strong eye for aesthetic and visual design.- Creative - bringing in a fresh-mindset- Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills- Quick comprehension and goal-oriented approach- Ability to work independently and to prioritize- Reliability, responsibility and open-mindedness- Team player- Structured and well-organized**SAP DIVERSITY COMMITMENT**To harness the power of innovation, SAP invests in the development of its diverse employees.
