Experteer Overview
In this role you drive SAP IS-U projects for a large Spain-based program, coordinating multiple sub-projects and teams to meet business and technical objectives. You will serve as the primary client and stakeholder liaison, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and manage budgets, scope, risks, and vendors. You will guide analysis through post-production support, ensuring seamless integration and value realization for utilities clients. This is built for experienced leaders who thrive in multi-country delivery and on-site Madrid collaboration.

• Lead SAP IS-U projects end-to-end from initiation to post-production support
• Manage scope, planning, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate functional, technical, and integration teams (local and international)
• Act as main point of contact with clients, business owners, and stakeholders
• Oversee analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment, and post-production activities
• Manage external vendors and contracts related to the project
• Prepare progress reports, indicators, and management committee materials
• Identify risks and define mitigation plans
Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of experience leading complex SAP projects
• SAP IS-U experience highly valued; utilities sector knowledge
• Ability to manage multi-team delivery and on-site Madrid execution
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Experience with vendor and contract management
