Objectives Deliver tailored, end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards. Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs. Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
