To strengthen our team in Sils (Spain), we are looking for: SAP Support Specialist (m/f/d) (Sils or Barcelona (Terrassa) Spain) Your Mission The main mission involves following up and resolving SAP support cases related to MyPuratos (our e-commerce platform integrated with SAP) via the support portal. What you will do As an SAP Support Specialist, you will be an expert in your domain from both a functional and technical perspective. Your key tasks include: Performance Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing existing ABAP programs and processes to enhance system performance, response times, and resource utilization. This involves identifying and resolving bottlenecks, optimizing database access, and applying coding best practices. Integration: Developing and configuring interfaces and integration solutions using ABAP technologies such as RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and Web Services. Integrating SAP with external systems and third-party applications. Data Migration: Developing and executing data migration programs and scripts to transfer data between SAP and non-SAP systems or between different SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support to resolve issues related to ABAP development, system integrations, and data conversions. Analyzing and debugging ABAP programs to identify and fix errors. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Documenting technical designs, specifications, and activities. Sharing knowledge and best practices through presentations, training, and documentation. Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated on SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies. Participating in training, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills in ABAP development and related areas. What we expect from you Education and Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
