Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren't. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team.Responsibilities and experience- Facilitating the daily stand-up- Helping the team maintain their burndown chart- Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions- Shielding the team from interruptions during Sprints- Removing obstacles that affect the team- Walking the product owner through technical user stories- Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner- Assess the available toolsets and provide recommendation of best fit- Train up ESB staff in the Agile approach, in particular the Processes and techniques associated with the Scrum technique.Professional skillsScrum Master with previous experience with the Agile methodologyExpert in agile project management and ScrumFully conversant with all aspects of software systems and processesScrum certification, 5+ Years in a scrum master role or 5 years in project management with at least 3 years in a scrum master role.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of software development processes and dependenciesA proven ability to deliver on software projects in a fast-paced enviromentAre you interested?
