Experteer Overview
In this Scrum Master role, you enable agile delivery within a Private Banking context, guiding teams to align with SAFe principles and pursue continuous improvement. You work closely with ARs and technical leads to remove impediments, foster collaboration, and deliver high-quality products efficiently. You communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and lead system enhancements and defect analysis across projects. You drive stakeholder engagement, ensure proper documentation and release readiness, and coach leaders and teams in agile ways of working to deliver scalable solutions.

• Facilitate the Scrum framework (SAFe) to ensure adherence and productivity
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement within teams
• Collaborate with Application Responsible (ARs) and technical leads across apps
• Lead system enhancements and defect analysis for projects
• Prepare and coordinate documentation such as User Requirements, Functional Specifications, and User Guides
• Coordinate with users, internal teams, and vendors on project management, SIT, UAT, and production releases
• Manage stakeholder expectations and requirement analysis to avoid ambiguity and assess impact
• Drive architectural governance and ensure alignment with guidelines
• Roll out activities with Product Owner and end users
• Support training and knowledge transfer for stakeholders and end users
• Ensure proper change logging and escalation to ITSM Owners
• Collaborate with Dev and Testing teams for requirements clarification and data mapping
• Oversee SDLC and agile processes (SAFe preferred) in a banking environment
• Manage multi-stakeholder communication and status updates throughout project lifecycle
• Lead requirement analysis and impact assessment for large, complex projects
• Mentor teams in agile principles and lean practices
Responsabilidades
• Minimum around 5 years IT delivery lead experience in Banking domain
• Functional knowledge in designing technical solutions
• Experience in leading large, complex matrix teams
• Proven ability to lead requirement and impact analyses for large projects
• Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOD)
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
