Descrizione del lavoroAll’interno della dimora - in accordo e sotto la supervisione della direzione - si occupa:

programmare e coordinare il lavoro giornaliero, supervisionare la gestione contabile
supervisionare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
partecipare al lavoro di sala e gestire il team
registrare le comande, curare l’ospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
supervisionare la preparazione della sala per tutti i servizi richiesti (colazione, pranzo, cena, room service)
sostituisce il Maître in caso di necessità

Inside the residence - in agreement and under the supervision of the management - he deals with:

plan and coordinate the daily work, supervise the accounting management
supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service
participate in the room work and manage the team
record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
supervise the preparation of the room for all the required services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service)
he replaces the Maître in case of need

Qualifiche

Diploma/Laurea
Certificazione sommelier (es. AIS, FISAR e simili)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Gradita la conoscenza della lingua francese
Buona conoscenza dei vini nazionali, territoriali e internazionali
Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti gourmet, hotel 4*/5* e/o Relais & Châteaux
Completano il profilo: capacità comunicative, gestionali e di leadership, orientamento al cliente e team Working
Diploma / Degree
Sommelier certification (eg. AIS, FISAR and similar)
Fluency in English. Knowledge of French
Good knowledge of national, territorial and international wines
At least three years of experience in the same role gained in gourmet restaurants, 4 * / 5 * hotels and / or Relais & Châteaux
Complete the profile: communication, management and leadership skills, customer orientation and team working
