Wenham Carter is proud to be supporting a global leader in industrial software and digital transformation as they continue to strengthen their commercial team in Spain.This is an opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional to take ownership of a select portfolio of strategically important accounts and drive significant growth across those relationships.You’ll work with some of the largest and most complex organisations in the region, building relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business and transformation priorities, and identifying where technology can create meaningful commercial value.This is not a traditional account management role. You’ll be expected to proactively uncover whitespace, open new buying centres, develop new champions and expand relationships across your customers’ organisations.The RoleOwn and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Spain.Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business, operational and technology stakeholders.Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on long-term revenue growth.Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities across existing accounts.Lead complex, consultative sales engagements around enterprise software, industrial technology, data, AI and digital transformation.Navigate complex organisations, building relationships across multiple business units and functions.Work closely with internal solution consultants, industry specialists, services and leadership teams to develop compelling customer solutions.What we're looking forProven success selling enterprise software into large, complex organisations.A strong track record of managing and significantly growing strategic accounts.Experience in industrial software, SaaS, digital transformation, engineering software, APM, EAM, IIoT or related technologies is highly desirable.An established network across one or more Spanish industrial sectors - such as energy, manufacturing, chemicals, infrastructure, power & utilities or related asset-intensive industries.Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers.A consultative, value-led approach to enterprise sales, combined with a genuine hunter mentality.Demonstrable success delivering against ambitious sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder software deals.Fluent Spanish and English.This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who knows how to navigate complex organisations, influence at executive level and turn strategic relationships into significant commercial growth.If you have the enterprise sales experience, industrial network and commercial maturity to take ownership of major strategic accounts in Spain, I’d be very interested in speaking with you.To stay updated on roles like this, follow me here on LinkedIn and send me a connection request.
