About the role: We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive mindset to join our Finance department and work directly with the Financial Director in the comprehensive management of the company’s financial activities. This role is essential to ensuring accurate accounting, robust treasury management, and the optimization of financial processes within a fast‑growing international tech company operating in more than 12 countries. You will work closely and continuously with the Financial Director and various internal teams, allowing you to take on a wide range of financial responsibilities and grow in a multicultural, dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Operational accounting cycle (AR/AP): full management of customers and suppliers, invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations and provisions. Tax compliance: preparation, review and submission of tax obligations, as well as communication with advisors and tax authorities. Accounting close: coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring accuracy, rigor and timely delivery. Accounting procedures: review, update and continuous improvement of processes, ensuring standardization and operational efficiency. Financial planning: participation in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. Legal and corporate compliance: documentation management, regulatory compliance and interaction with official bodies. Internal and external audits: preparation of documentation, response to requests and follow‑up of recommendations. Treasury: support in general treasury management processes. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Additional training in taxation is a plus. Strong knowledge of ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Navision or similar). Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis tools. Experience 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles with significant responsibility. Background in companies with international operations or in accounting firms managing high‑level client portfolios. Proven experience in accounting close, reporting and audits. Skills Deep technical accounting knowledge. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Proactive, collaborative and responsible approach, with hands‑on execution and the ability to work autonomously when required. Intermediate-high level of English, French is a plus.
