As a Senior Analog IC Designer in the Custom Silicon Solutions group, you will help define and architect high-performance mixed-signal devices for portable consumer applications. You’ll collaborate with Tier-1 OEMs and mentor teammates while driving block-level design and integration within larger systems. The role spans architecture, circuit design, verification, and cross-functional delivery to reduce time-to-market. You join a motivated team focused on sustainable growth and hands‑on innovation in sensing and signal processing. Compensaciones / Beneficios Contribute to architecture and detailed definition of high-performance mixed-signal devices Perform IC block design, transistor-level circuit design and simulation Present technical results to internal teams and customers Apply design and verification flows to meet functional, power, and timing targets Integrate blocks into larger mixed-signal systems Support layout, lab evaluation, and test activities for successful delivery Improve analog design methodologies to reduce time and cost to market Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sites (Valencia, Cork, Limerick, Newbury) Foster knowledge transfer and mentorship within the group Responsabilidades Electronic Engineering degree with 5+ years’ experience as an analog/mixed-signal IC designer Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal xcskxlj electronics, tools and flows Experience with amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs, switching power supplies, audio circuits Strong people leadership, inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills Ability to own full product development from architecture to implementation and debugging Experience integrating analog blocks in complex microcontroller systems (advantage) Some travel willingness Requisitos principales #J-18808-Ljbffr
