Working alongside a lean group of talented individuals, the Investment Senor Analyst / Associate will support the origination, underwriting, execution and financing of new logistics investment opportunities across the Iberian Peninsula, the refinancing of the existing portfolio and the execution of the Business Plans, contributing to the growth of the Logistics vertical. The role combines analytical, strategic, and transactional responsibilities, with exposure to the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting to closing and asset management, and track impact in alignment with CT’s goals. This role blends analytical rigor with community partnership, ideal for a collaborative, equity-centered professional who enjoys both numbers and relationships.In detail, you will act in different areas:Origination & Market AnalysisSupport in the identification and evaluation of new logistics investment opportunities across the Iberian Peninsula.Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify trends and target submarkets.Prepare investment teasers and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Help keep databases updatedLead Investment OutlookUnderwriting & Transaction ExecutionBuild and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns and sensitivity analyses.Coordinate due diligence processes (technical, legal, financial, and environmental) with internal and external advisors.Draft, prepare and review investment memorandums for presentation to the Investment CommitteePrepare financing materials, including financing recommendationsSupport in transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisition and financing agreements.Asset ManagementAssist in drafting Asset Management Plan for acquisitionsBusiness plan updatesTrack project performance versus underwritten assumptions and prepare periodic reports for management and investors.Liaise with development, design, and asset management teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting ongoing or future projects.¿Eres tú la persona que buscamos?Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, economics, law, or a related field; advanced training/credentials welcome.3-5 years of experience in real estate investment or equivalent experience in transaction services.Proven experience matching your expected Mission, including logistics development, financing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing processes.Solid understanding of both the Iberian equity and debt real estate markets, particulary the logistics segmentProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate, manage and foster inclusive internal and external relationshipsProficient writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to gather and organize information appropriately in English and Spanish.Proficient Excel and financial analysis skillsProficient PowerPoint skillsComfort with CRM toolsCompetencias y habilidades que queremos que aportesEffective communication (both oral and written).Collaboration and trust-building, with the ability to work as part of a team.Continuous improvement and attention to detail.Customer orientation.Proactivity and strong organizational skills, with the ability to set and manage priorities.Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.Commitment and flexibility.Even if you don’t meet all the requirements, if you believe you can contribute and perform the role excellently, don’t hesitate to send us your details.
