The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.Neotalent, the responsive people.Find out more about us at y .Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Consultant) to define the detailed target architecture for a multi-country Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution.This role is key to shaping a scalable, compliant, and future-proof architecture, including a clear strategy for the integration and usage of AI capabilities (Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI platforms).What you will do:Define end-to-end high-level and detailed target architecture for Genesys CCaaS (logical, functional, and technical views, including diagrams)Design scalable, multi-country architectures and country-by-country rollout roadmapsDefine AI usage frameworks, including boundaries between Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI (LLMs, Conversational AI, analytics)Ensure interoperability with existing enterprise solutions and define secure integration patternsDefine and support proofs of conceptEnsure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirementsWhat you are like:Proven experience as Enterprise or Solution ArchitectHands-on experience in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) architecture design and implementations.Detailed design of Genesys Cloud (CCaaS)Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patternsExperience designing AI/ML integrations, including Conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systemsEnglish level C1 or higher (fluent – daily working language)Nice to have:Genesys Cloud certificationsExperience in the insurance industry and regulated environmentsWhy join usWork on challenging projects for big clientsLearn more about emerging technologiesAccess to continuous training and certificationsFlexible compensation plan… and much more!
