KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate will ensure a strong potential candidate pipeline strategy for Korn Ferry Search clients through indirect and direct candidate identification, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. The successful individual will leverage their experience and exercise independent judgement to ensure excellence in Search. Accountabilities include recruitment delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and developing candidates. No business development is required.
The Associate will be accountable for support of key strategic activities supporting their market or industry and work to achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction, demonstrating the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity. The successful individual will maintain strong and effective relationships with key leaders across the Region and exercise independent judgement in their work while remaining closely connected to business activity and market trends that impact our ability to attract talent.
DETAILS
The successful individual will work with business leadership as well as Regional Operations and Delivery leaders within a highly matrixed organization to deliver the below activities according with C-Level role searches:
Search Planning - Supports the Senior Associate to talent map the market on each potential Search project, together with updating all target organizations identified by the client and the search team
Partners with the search team to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective searches
Assists the Senior Associate to build market data and insights to win the Search project and assists with the pitch documentation
Attends the client kick off call with the Senior Associate and search team
Define, design, and implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles, using discretion to ensure it is fully aligned with client expectations
Develop and optimize a broad range of sourcing channels that will improve the quantity and quality of the client talent pools
Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against target outcomes
Candidate Experience – provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants and candidates interacting with KF
Conducts initial candidate outreach and first interviews of potential candidates to assess their suitability and interest for the role
Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal databases in accordance with Search process
Client Service & Relationships - Be approachable and responsive in partnering with business leaders to provide world-class client service and talent acquisition guidance
Exercise independent judgement to effectively manage shifting priorities and requisition workload
Commit to continuous learning and advancement of skills and expertise, including search process and technologies, staying abreast of top strategies related to candidate search and interaction
Deliver special recruitment programs including Diversity & Inclusion and market-specific strategies
