Role Overview The Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant is a core team member of KPMG’s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The Senior Consultant will be involved in business processes and solution design, and will be hands-on in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM solutions, working with both onshore and offshore development teams. Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 CE across various industries. At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in D365 CE configuration, workflows, dashboards, forms & views customizations, report development. Knowledge of all D365 CE modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Services. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Understanding of Dataverse, including customizations and Business Data Models. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons. Proven track record of successful implementations in large client environments across various industries. Experience in consultancy roles and software delivery using waterfall, agile, and DevOps methodologies. Adept at Business Requirement Analysis. Experience supporting pre-sales activities (advantage). Project documentation experience, especially for offshore work packages. Additional Responsibilities The senior consultant will serve as a techno-functional lead, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting D365 CE applications. They will work closely with client teams and stakeholders, organize workshops, verify requirements, ensure quality standards, and proactively manage risks. The role also involves supporting practice and business development activities, mentoring juniors, sharing knowledge, and ensuring internal process compliance.
