Job Description
Entyre, part of the Entyre Group, is one of the fastest-growing health tech scale-ups across Switzerland and the United States. With more than 500 employees globally and offices in Zurich, Berlin, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, and Denver, we are continuing to scale rapidly.
For our Berlin-based tech hub, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is ready to take real ownership in building and scaling our core platform.

You will join a small, focused team in Berlin and take responsibility for managing and further developing our two core software solutions. We continuously build and ship new features, currently with a strong focus on workflow automation and data analytics.
Our tech stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js, among others.
What you will be working on
Development: Create hands-on, high-quality software solutions and applications.
Technical Expertise: Apply your knowledge and experience to address our technical challenges.
Collaboration: Engage closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Product, Operations, and Patient Care Teams.
Project Management: Assume end-to-end responsibility for technical projects, overseeing the entire development cycle from conception to rollout.
About you/Requirements
You have a genuine passion for technology, driven by curiosity and an “inquiring mind”.
With substantial experience as a fullstack developer across diverse companies, you're especially well-suited if you've worked with highly sensitive data.
You're proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, and React or Vue.js, and bring hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs.
Fluency in English
