You will start in Barcelona (Sant Joan Despí | HQ) and, after 12–24 months, relocate to the US or UK to continue your development and support local finance functions.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeLead group budgeting, planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions of the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.Oversee group reporting, audits, and consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS and PGC standards.Participate in ad hoc projects, such as M&A support, corporate restructuring, process automation, global tax reporting, and transfer pricing documentation.Support Group Tax Management, Risk Management, and Global Functions Finance Business Partnering initiatives.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.5+ years of experience in Finance, Audit, Strategy, Transaction Advisory, or similar roles.Strong knowledge of PGC and IFRS, with consolidation skills.Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements (balance sheets, cash flow, income statements).IT literate; experience with SAP and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).Full professional competence in English & Spanish.Creative problem solver and excellent team player, capable of working across teams and geographies.Eager to develop a professional career in a fast-growing, challenging, and international environment.What’s in for you?International Experience: Start your journey in Barcelona, gaining hands-on training and exposure to global finance processes, then relocate to the US or UK to further develop your career.Career Advancement: Participate in high-impact projects across budgeting, reporting, M&A, tax, and risk management.Global Exposure: Work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment with opportunities to collaborate across the Tradebe group.Competitive compensation package.Ready to make a difference?
