Guided by the values of Ownership, Customers First, Trust, Ambition, and Excellence, we are building Europe’s leading OT-cybersecurity services firm.The Opportunity As a Senior Infrastructure, you will join the Infrastructure team supporting some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe.Your mission is to ensure the design, administration and reliability of all systems that support production processes, from core IT services to industrial OT infrastructure. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the availability and robustness of platforms that are critical to manufacturing continuity.Key Responsibilities Design, administration and maintenance of virtual environments (VMware ESXi / vSphere)Management of Microsoft Active Directory services (AD-DS, AD-CS, AD-LDS, DNS, DHCP, DFS) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and laterManagement of remote desktop infrastructures (Terminal Server / RDS, RD-GW, VDI)Operation of backup platforms (e.g., ArcServe, Veeam)Administration of storage infrastructures, including hyperconverged systems (e.g., vSAN with Dell EMC technologies)Understanding of switching and firewall technologies, with the ability to perform simple tasksTroubleshooting and resolution incidents, including coordination with the broader Infrastructure teamUnderstanding client needs, identifying technical improvement opportunities, and contributing to the evolution of infrastructure solutionsSupporting the design and optimization of robust, scalable architectures for industrial environmentsMinimum Qualifications Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience in system administrationStrong organizational and task prioritization skillsExcellent interpersonal communication and teamworkFluent English skills (spoken and written)Availability to travel across Europe and to client's offices in Maresme or VallésNice-to-Have Relevant technical certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization [VCP-DCV], Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)Experience in industrial or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and validation requirementsWhat Makes You Successful Here You are a self-driven and detail-oriented professional who thrives in mission-critical environments.You enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, take pride in doing things right, and are motivated by supporting operations that keep industry moving.Benefits & Development Permanent contractFlexible compensationProjects with leading pharmaceutical companies and essential infrastructure operatorsOpportunity to grow in a highly specialized team focused on IT and OT infrastructureTraining and certification support in VMware, Microsoft, and enterprise infrastructure technologiesOur ValuesOwnership: We take responsibility and make things happen.Customer First: We obsess over client value and outcomes.Team Play: We win together.Ambition: We set bold goals and push boundaries.Excellence: We aim to be the best at what we do.
