You will define product direction, guide a team, and work closely with engineering and commercial groups to deliver precision motion solutions used in advanced automation and robotic platforms.### ### **What you will do*** Lead and coach product managers, set clear priorities, and maintain execution discipline.* Define portfolio strategy and translate it into a roadmap that supports revenue and margin goals.* Partner with engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to shape product requirements and customer value.* Use market insight and data to size opportunities and support decision‑making.* Improve product management processes and ensure consistent portfolio practices.* Build strong cross‑functional relationships to remove barriers and keep delivery on track.### **What you bring*** MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant technical field.* At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical leadership role.* Experience in pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and agile development.* Ability to balance technical, commercial, and customer inputs.* Strong analytical judgment and the ability to draw clear conclusions.* Experience identifying opportunities and supporting go‑to‑market plans.* Capability to mentor product managers and develop team skills.### **Why this role matters**The Robotics and Automation segment develops motion technologies used in high‑precision industrial and robotic systems.
