We’re looking for a strong senior PMO profile to manage M&A processes. This is not a coordination-only role. We need someone senior who can think critically, manage complexity, support decision-making and ensure execution in demanding transaction environments. • Support end-to-end M&A transactions. • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams ensuring continuity of critical business services. • Drive planning, governance and follow-up. • Support business, finance and technology stakeholders in operational alignment. • Track risks, dependencies and operational impacts during transaction phases. • Contribute to operational readiness for future divestments and strategic sales. • Support separation planning and execution in carve-out scenarios. • Ensure structure, visibility and progress tracking across all initiatives. Requirements • Senior experience as PMO in M&A or corporate transaction environments. • Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex environments. • Experience coordinating business and technology stakeholders. • Solid understanding of operational continuity in transaction contexts. • Systems carve-out experience is a strong plus. • Structured, analytical and execution-oriented mindset. • Fluent English.
