****To succeed in this role, you have a proven ability to:***** **Create user-centered designs by thoroughly understanding business requirements, user needs, customer feedback, and usability findings.*** **Deliver high-quality visual and interaction design with strong attention to detail and accessibility.*** **Quickly and iteratively create user flows, prototypes, and low- to high-fidelity designs.*** **Own the end-to-end design process from requirements gathering through final handoff.*** **A proven track record of designing user-friendly interfaces for complex systems and data-intensive products.*** **Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to translate complex AI capabilities and model limitations into intuitive, transparent, and valuable user experiences.*** **Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices, especially as they apply to emerging AI technologies and conversational interfaces.*** **Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others.*** **A passion for design and innovation, and an understanding that culture is the foundation of success in UX.
