Location: Santa Maria de Palautordera (Barcelona), SpainHybrid: On-site with 2–3 days home office per weekType: Full-time / PermanentSalary: Competitive + 20% BonusWe are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our EV Charging, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Wiring Accessories portfolios across European markets.This is a strategic role with full ownership of the product lifecycle and responsibility for driving profitable growth across multiple channels and territories.You will work closely with sourcing teams in the Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams across Europe and the UK.Define and execute the European product strategy for EV chargers, BMS and wiring systemsLead NPI (New Product Introduction) projects from concept to launchAnalyse market trends, regulations and competitor positioning across EuropeOwn pricing strategy and margin managementDevelop technical documentation, packaging, compliance and certificationsCollaborate with sourcing and manufacturing to optimise cost and performanceSupport key account meetings and customer visits when requiredEnsure products meet European standards and regulatory requirementsDrive continuous product improvement and lifecycle managementWho We're Looking ForDegree in Engineering, Product Management, Business or related fieldMinimum 3–4 years' experience in product managementProven experience in at least one of the following:EV charging systemsBattery management systemsElectrical wiring accessories / electrical distributionExperience working across international or European marketsStrong commercial mindset with focus on margin and profitabilityHighly organised, analytical and detail-orientedSenior profile able to lead projects independently
