About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with strong experience in life‑sciences data platforms—specifically Datavisynand Causal Bio (Causaly) . The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver complex biomedical data‑driven projects, oversee stakeholder alignment, and drive successful implementation of advanced scientific analytics solutions. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project execution for analytics, data‑visualization, and AI‑enabled biomedical research initiatives involving Datavisyn and Causal Bio (Causaly) platforms. Partner with R&D, data science, and informatics teams to translate scientific requirements into actionable project plans. Oversee integration of Datavisyn's visual analytics capabilities into customer workflows, supporting interactive exploration of large, multi‑source biomedical datasets. Manage deployment and adoption of Causaly’s AI‑powered knowledge graph, ensuring teams leverage causal inference and advanced information retrieval for scientific decision‑making Facilitate cross‑functional communication, manage risks, dependencies, and timelines, and ensure high‑quality deliverables. Provide technical oversight during solution design, data integration, and platform customization. Prepare project documentation, governance frameworks, and progress reporting for stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement, including evaluation of emerging analytics and AI technologies relevant to biomedical R&D. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field. 5–10+ years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific software environments. Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving: Datavisyn data‑visualization platforms such as Ordino or Aevidence. Causal Bio (Causaly) AI platforms , including use of knowledge graphs, scientific RAG, or AI copilots for biomedical research. Proven ability to manage complex multi‑stakeholder projects with technical and scientific components. Strong understanding of drug discovery processes, biomarkers, target identification, or disease‑mechanism analysis. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in data integration across heterogeneous biomedical sources. Familiarity with visual analytics, knowledge‑graph‑based reasoning, or AI governance frameworks. PMP, Agile/Scrum, or other project management certifications.
