Senior QS / Commercial Manager Remote- applicants can be based in Spain/Ireland/Netherlands/Norway/Finland but must be able to work across Europe without sponsorship. This role gives you exposure across multiple live projects in the Nordics, not just one contract or one package. If you’re comfortable running valuations, managing change, and closing final accounts, this is a step into broader visibility and working across projects at a wider level. You’ll shape commercial performance. You’ll likely be a good fit if you: Have a background in quantity surveying or commercial management within construction Have worked on complex projects such as data centres, infrastructure, or other high-spec builds Have experience across multiple contracts or packages, not just a single scope Are comfortable working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders on live projects Are eligible to work in the EU Are open to travel (around 50%) across Nordic projects Are comfortable using tools like Excel or Google Sheets What you’ll be trusted with: Full commercial management across assigned projects Client and supply chain valuations Change management (EWNs / variations / compliance) Subcontract preparation and labour agreements Procurement input and value engineering CVRs, forecasting and cashflow Final accounts and retention releases What you’ll bring Background in commercial management or quantity surveying within construction Experience on complex projects (data centres, infrastructure, or similar high-spec environments) Exposure to multiple contracts or packages across a project lifecycle Able to work across different teams and stakeholders Eligible to work in the EU Open to travel (circa 50%) across Nordic projects Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets or similar If you’re already delivering at this level as a QS or Commercials Manager and want broader scope, more influence and exposure to cross-border hyperscale builds, message me directly or apply with your CV.
