As a Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you shape how this experience translates into organic social across all our markets. You lead our community managers, define platform strategies, align closely with influencer and paid media activities, and translate performance insights into structured growth. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and build a scalable international organic social function.If you enjoy combining branding, content strategy and performance-driven organic growth, understand TikTok culture, and know how to position a fast-growing brand on LinkedIn, this role is the perfect fit.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the organic social media strategy across all countries and platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedInDevelop and execute a clear LinkedIn content strategy to strengthen our employer branding, expansion storytelling and corporate positioningPlan content around local, regional and international holidays, events and cultural trends to ensure ongoing relevance in each marketDirectly manage and lead our community managers across markets and ensure full compliance with our marketing guidelines and quality standardsEducate internal community managers on platform dynamics and social trendsPersonally handle community management in selected key markets depending on your language skillsBuild and maintain structured posting plans and editorial overviews for key marketsIdentify trends early and proactively test new content formatsWork closely with influencer marketing and paid media to ensure campaigns are aligned across channelsCreate structured performance reports and dashboards, translating insights into clear strategic recommendationsDefine and implement escalation processes for sensitive community or reputational topicsYour ProfileMinimum 5 years of experience managing professional social media accounts across companies or agencies, with measurable resultsStrong hands-on expertise in TikTok strategy and executionProven experience developing content strategies and managing LinkedIn accounts for corporate or employer branding purposesDeep understanding of branding and how to translate positioning into platform-native contentExperience leading community managers or small social teamsStrong analytical mindset and confidence in building performance reportsFluent English is essentialGerman is a strong plusAdditional languages are a plusWillingness to travel to stores and occasionally support launchesComfortable and willing to appear on camera for marketing content when neededNice to HaveExperience in food & beverage or retailStrong ability to shoot and produce vertical short-form video content (TikTok / Reels)Comfortable appearing on camera when requiredWhat We OfferHigh ownership and visible impact in a fast-growing international brandDesign-oriented office in central BarcelonaHybrid setup and flexible working hoursEmployee discounts and team eventsThe opportunity to build and scale the organic social function across multiple countries
