Next Generation Rail Technologies (NGRT) is a Spanish company consisting of highly skilled and dedicated global experts within software and hardware development, bringing the next generation solution(s) to the railway industry. Our vision is to be a game changer for the railway industry by introducing a novel and cost-effective solution addressing the needs of clients worldwide helping infrastructure managers and train operators to secure their infrastructure and operations. Our HQ is in Malaga where you will be based, and you should be located or relocated within a commutable distance of the Tech Park. We also allow you to occasionally work from home should the circumstances allow this. Rewards and Skills With an international client base and following international railway norms together with offering our products all around the world, the corporate language is English, and you should be able to communicate well on technical terms, as well as securing that all documentation and written communication is in English. SOFTWARE ENGINEER (BACK END): You should be an expert SW Engineer with ideally 5 - 10 years' experience and skills as below: · experience in working on a Linux environment, on ARM hardware, · using C/C++ programming language, to an advanced level. · Machine learning knowledge will be a plus. · Experience in Object-Oriented Design, UML etc. · Ability to work both in a team environment and independently. · A friendly, ambitious, and positive individual with a flexible and enthusiastic approach. · Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills · Familiar with and having knowledge from the Railway Industry will be a plus. · Familiar with embedded systems Database integration. · Experience in MySQL · Using Configuration Control tools · Knowledge of how to build CENELEC certified SW · Static analysis tools. · Ability to debug software on target hardware. · Nice to have - Matlab Familiar with Unix administration and Cyber security would be an advantage. xcskxlj Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
