OXON Epidemiology is a rapidly expanding international CRO seeking a mid-level SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to support and enhance its internal IT ecosystem.
This role is designed for an external consultant, working on a flexible, hourly basis, collaborating closely with OXON’s IT and business teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The selected consultant will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining internal SharePoint-based applications and workflows , supporting business processes across the organization. The role requires hands-on development using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform , with integration to databases and reporting tools.
SharePoint & Power Platform Development:
2–3 years of experience working with Microsoft SharePoint (Online)
Experience creating and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and permissions
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps for developing internal business applications
Experience building and maintaining Power Automate workflows
Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Apps with:
SQL Server / Azure SQL
Dataverse
Experience consuming and exposing data through REST APIs
Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
Solid knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus
Programming & Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
Experience working with relational databases
Familiarity with Azure services related to Microsoft 365 solutions
Experience using version control systems (Git)
Understanding of application lifecycle, testing and maintenance
Additional Criteria:
Strong communication skills, able to gather requirements and interact with non-technical stakeholders
Good English level is an asset
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines
