This role requires a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise in labor relations, strong operational HR leadership, and demonstrated experience working in complex industrial environments.What you can look forward to as Site HR (m/f/d):Act as the primary HR partner for site leadership, advising on employee relations, performance topics, organizational development, and workforce planning.Lead and oversee all labor relations, including interactions with works councils, negotiation processes, and interpretation of collective agreements.Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor law, collective agreements, health & safety regulations, and internal HR policies.Manage day-to-day HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training & development, disciplinary processes, and talent lifecycle activities.Drive and implement HR projects related to organizational changes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.Serve as the interface between site operations and corporate HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR programs and standards.Support compensation, payroll coordination, and benefits processes in close cooperation with internal HR functions.Foster employee engagement and contribute to building a stable, constructive workplace culture across all Spanish sites.Guide local leaders in succession planning, talent assessment, and capability development.Your profile as Site HR (m/f/d):Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of senior-level HR experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, with extensive hands-on expertise in labor relations, collective bargaining, and works council management.Strong command of Spanish labor law and proven ability to manage multi-site HR operations in complex, operational settings.Demonstrated ability to balance strategic HR leadership with pragmatic, site-focused execution, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.Experience in multinational organizations with cross-location HR governance and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Why you should choose ZF in Pamplona/Navarra Area?Join a leading company within the automotive sector with a strong presence in Spain.Contribute to shaping HR operations across multiple locations in a highly international work environment.Opportunity to drive both operational excellence and long-term strategic HR initiatives. xcskxlj Attractive career development opportunities within a global organization.Be part of our ZF team as Site HR (m/f/d) and apply now!ContactJulia Lindlahr #J-18808-Ljbffr
