Location: Madrid or Barcelona (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite) Duration: Long-term project Role Overview At SOTEC Consulting – Astek Group, We are looking for a SOC Onboarding & Integration Specialist to join a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, focusing on the integration of log sources into SIEM platforms. This is a highly technical role where you will be responsible for onboarding new systems, configuring connectors, and ensuring the proper ingestion and quality of security events, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Onboard new log sources into the SIEM platform following defined processes Configure and manage connectors for log ingestion Validate and ensure proper event collection and data quality Troubleshoot integration and onboarding issues Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Define and maintain logging standards and best practices Document onboarding processes and technical configurations Support the integration of custom or non-standard technologies Contribute to solution design and technical discussions ✅ Required Experience +3 years of experience working with SIEM technologies Preferred: Microsoft Sentinel Also considered: Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Elastic Strong experience with log onboarding and system integration Experience configuring and managing connectors Troubleshooting skills related to log ingestion and integrations Background in cybersecurity and IT environments Strong English communication skills Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments What We’re Looking For A hands-on technical profile with solid experience in SIEM environments, particularly in log onboarding and system integration, who is comfortable working across teams and solving complex technical challenges.
