This role is for a hands‑on builder who enjoys taking agent systems from prototype → production, and improving them with robust evaluation, monitoring, and iteration. Key Tasks Ship end‑to‑end AI agents and workflows that solve real operational and customer‑facing problems across the company. Develop and iterate on agent architectures, evaluation pipelines, and performance frameworks to ensure reliability and measurable outcomes.
