We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer to join our growing team, focusing on expanding our global reach through robust localization and internationalization (L10n & I18n) efforts. In this pivotal role, you\'ll be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that enable our products and services to seamlessly adapt to diverse languages, cultures, and regions worldwide, with a particular focus on upcoming market expansions. If you have a passion for building globally-ready software and solving complex technical challenges related to multi-lingual and multi-cultural user experiences, we encourage you to apply. Key responsibilities Acting as subject matter expert on Localization & Internationalization (L10n & I18n) topics, including driving Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts projects (implementing and styling RTL interfaces for Arabic and other RTL languages). Leveraging i18n libraries/frameworks and integrating with translation management systems (TMS) or workflows. Owning performance optimization tasks involving strong understanding of web performance best practices (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, caching strategies, CDN integration). Experience (non-internship) in professional software development. Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems. Experience programming with at least one software programming language. Knowledge of a front-end language (Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.). Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or equivalent. Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Qualifications Professional software development experience (non-internship). Experience designing or architecting scalable systems.
