This work is heavily focused on API rebuilds, voice flows, and seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services using Node.Js for voice automation and customer journey orchestrationBuild, integrate and optimise RESTful APIs for claims, appointments, and customer historyUpdate and enhance IVR flows and logic to align with new IFS behaviours and Dialogflow CXImplement strong security and authentication best practicesCollaborate with technical and business teams to validate, test, and document customer journeysSupport knowledge
