Contribute to product-oriented teams with full ownership and autonomy. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members by providing technical insights. Document and communicate business requirements effectively. Ensure compliance with architecture and data security standards. Required Skills & Experience Prior experience as a Software Developer, ideally with Java. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Principles. Familiarity with architectural styles: monolithic, microservices, event driven, and service-oriented. Experience with relational, key-value, and document-based databases. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and associated services. Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum). Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.G., TOGAF). Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning. Ability to work independently and respond positively to feedback.
