In a nutshellOn our journey to become the benchmark in software engineering for the sheet metal industry, we are seeking a Software Support Consultant .What drives this departmentAn environment where teamwork, generosity, and ambition play a key role in developing systems capable of providing agility and acceleration to industrial manufacturing.What you will doAs a part of the Software Support team, you will work cooperating closely with other support teams performing the following tasks:Provide L1 -L2 technical customer support for CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications used in sheet metal processing.Diagnose and resolve software issues reported by customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.Escalate complex issues to 2nd level support team, internal development or engineering teams, ensuring clear documentation.Install, configure, and update software applications on customer systems.Cooperate with technology support teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to our advanced manufacturing systems.Provide remote or on‐site training when required.Computer Science, Industrial / Mechanical / Telecommunication Engineering or similar technical background.1+ years' experience in software support or technical customer service.Proficiency in English.
