Experteer Overview As a Solutions Engineer at Factorial, you bridge product capabilities and customer needs, supporting sales and success ecosystems. You lead technical discovery, architecture guidance, and security discussions to enable technical wins. You help clients adopt Factorial through APIs, data flows, and integrations, while assisting onboarding and ongoing optimization. This role blends hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration to scale our HR tech platform. You will be a key contributor shaping how we deliver secure, data-driven solutions to diverse customers.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Collaborate with Sales to identify technical requirements, security needs, and integration possibilities early in the sales cycle
- Lead deep-dive sessions on APIs, Webhooks, and Data Flows to show Factorial integration with client tech stacks
- Own technical security questionnaires and engage with client IT/Security teams to secure Technical Win
- Support account managers by resolving complex technical hurdles for existing clients
- Provide expert onboarding support for clients with non-standard technical setups or data migrations
- Assist Partnerships with technical vetting and troubleshooting to maintain robust third-party integrations
- Use SQL to help clients and internal teams with advanced analytics and custom reporting
- Provide data-driven feedback to Product and Engineering to inform roadmapResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management)
- Deep understanding of SaaS integrations; experience with Webhooks, middleware (Zapier, Make, Tray.Io), and native integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SQL; ability to explain JSONstructures and query databases
- Strong problem-solving mindset for complex integration challenges
- Excellent internal/external communication; ability to simplify concepts for HR managers and detail for developers
