Overview
In this role you will define and govern scalable SQA strategies and embed test frameworks for high-quality embedded software on Radio IC and SoC products. You will influence cross-program quality practices and drive reusable automation across programs, ensuring end-to-end traceability and audit-ready evidence. You’ll lead CI/CD integration for automated validation and monitor quality metrics to reduce defects. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams, offering a meaningful impact on product reliability and release confidence.
ResponsabilidadesDefine, govern, and maintain SQA strategy and test framework architecture with end-to-end traceability and audit-ready documentationEvolve reusable embedded software test frameworks, automation libraries, infrastructure, and toolchainsEnable standardization and reuse across programs; support functional, integration, system, regression, and continuous verificationLead integration of test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and define automated quality gatesDefine and track quality metrics (coverage, defect rates, regression stability, CI health) and drive continuous improvementPerform defect trend analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actionsAct as SQA SME; influence system and software design for testability and qualityLead audits, risk assessments, and change management to ensure adherence to quality criteriaContribute to continuous improvement of ADI software development and quality processes
Requisitos principalesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldSignificant experience in embedded software testing and validationProven experience designing and implementing automated test frameworksProficiency in C/C++ and/or Python for test developmentStrong experience with embedded systems, hardware/software interaction, and debuggingExperience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based workflows) and test/defect management toolsDemonstrated ability to develop test strategies aligned to requirements and execute across the full software lifecycleStrong analytical and root cause analysis skills with ability to drive quality improvementsstrong communicationorganizationcross-functional collaborationembedded software testingtest framework designCI/CD integration
