ppbSD Supply Chain Talent /b is looking for a bSupply Chain Planner (with MRP) /b for bNiche Beauty Lab (part of Cosnova Group) /b, a growing international beauty company, for its offices in bCanet de Mar /b (Greater Barcelona Area). /p h3Mission /h3 pBuild and standardize Niche Beauty Labs planning, forecasting and material management processes. The first phase of the role focuses on establishing robust planning and MRP capabilities. The role is expected to evolve in 12 months towards Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager for broader business process optimization beyond Supply Chain planning. /p h3Initial responsibilities /h3 h3Planning Forecasting /h3 ul liDesign and standardize planning and forecasting processes, parameters governance /li liDevelop inventory and replenishment strategies (ie: Safety stocks) /li liImprove planning accuracy and process discipline /li /ul h3SAP MRP Process Development /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and stabilization of MRP (with current and future tools) /li liAct as key business owner for all planning-related processes /li liDefine master data, planning logic and process standards /li liPromote a “fit-to-ERP-standard” approach wherever possible /li /ul h3External Manufacturing Supply Chain /h3 ul liImprove visibility of inventories and material flows in each of them /li liSupport capacity planning and supply risk management /li liDrive supplier collaboration and operational performance with packaging, raw materials contract manufacturers /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement (2nd. Phase of the role, after 12-18months) /h3 ul liIdentify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in all SC-Ops related processes /li liOptimize MRP parameters and planning processes, via KPIs developing monitoring /liliSupport future Process Excellence initiatives across additional business functions /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib4+ years of experience /b in Supply or Materials Planning /li libStrong expertise in MRP /b dynamics within standard bERP systems /b (SAP preferred) /li liPlanning Forecasting logic/Process understanding (Leadtimes, etc) converting this in standard MRP dynamic /li libAdvanced Excel /b skills (Pivot tables required) /li liExperience in boutsourced manufacturing /b environments /li libLanguages /b: Spanish (C1) and English (B2+) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
